I love the pink grass (?) in #5. I, too have been to Glacier Bay. I think the cracking and crashing may be unimaginable in some ways to anyone who has never heard it. We saw a couple camping on A rock. I mean a one boulder "island" very near Margerie. I couldn't even see how they got onto it from their kayaks. I would have been terrified. Do they still give you the reusable plastic travel cups on the Glacier Bay boat ride? Alaska is one of those places you could go on and on and on about.....

Cool photos! (no pun intended) Hope the trip was worth it despite the cruise.
Alaska is one of those places that would be nice to visit but I doubt I'll ever go there - living on the same latitude is enough ;)
I may have met you when the Pearl stopped in Victoria as during cruise ship season I work at the gift shop on the pier.
