WOW! I also love watching those home remodel shows. But this is absolutely beautiful! Usually I don't find myself saying: "I wish that was my bathroom!" but this is gorgeous. The colors and the gadgetry go beautifully together.
Excellent!!! I too watch endless home improvement shows and - dream. You have inspired me to put some details to paper and start planning. I have been trying to gear myself up for the dust and noise. There is no door between my bedroom and bathroom so I don't look forward to carpet removal and demolition.
Aaah, I am soooooo jealous, not only of this really wonderful looking bathroom but also of the sheer size of it! It is beautiful!!! By the way, when you said ash blue I pictured a completely different hue in my head (more like a greyish light blue) and was pleasantly surprised of the refreshing tone you selected. To me this is some kind of petrol blue, but maybe that's just the German colour names playing havoc in my mind. :P
Oh yes, and whoever put that pink bathtub in the old bathroom (together with light blue tiles!!!) should be punished for life. Never mind the grubbiness...
I love your bathroom reno. I am an avid HGTV watcher and plan on doing a few renos to our new home. You two did a wonderful job! I really like the vibrant blue walls.
