Up up and away!

I'm off on the adventure of a lifetime! Things will probably be pretty quiet around here while I'm gone, until the end of February.

Soon I will be at The Sanctuary Island Resort on Koh Phangan, in the Gulf of Thailand! I will be taking a yoga teacher training course to become a certified yoga instructor.
